Attendance

A minimum of 90% attendance is compulsory for all students.

Ban On Geared-Vehicles

As per law, the students under 18 are prohibited to bring geared vehicles those who are coming by non-geared vehicles should carry a licence & helmet with them with prior permission of the principal. strict action will be taken against the students on the violation of rules.

Ban On Mobile Phone

The students are prohibited from bringing mobile phones to school. violation of which may amount to rustication.

Parent-Teacher Meeting

To help the parents guardians keep abreast with their wards academic progress an solve any problem that may arise in this regard, the school proposes to organise Parent-Teacher Meetings on the second Saturday of almost every month. With prior appointment parents can meet the school authorities to take feedback about their children.

Norms

  • Parents are reminded to submit the correct documents pertaining to date of birth, permanent address proof etc.
  •  Parents Guardians withdrawing their wards from the school before 31st December will have to deposit the full the upto 31st December, on for withdrawal after December the full fee upto 30th June shall be charged. 
  • There will be random and surprise checking of the students and their bags during school hours. If found with objectionable articles (match box, object with sharp edges, pendrive etc.) a strict action will be taken against them. 
  • Parents are required to carry their Guardian ID card compulsorily during the school visit duet o security reasons. It can be asked if necessary. 
  • Chewing tobacco/pan-masala smoking is strictly prohibited in and around the school premises. Parents Guardians coming to the office should adhere to this rule.
  •  No books other than those prescribed, periodicals, etc. may be brought into the School premises without the expressed permission of the Principal. Pupils may not exchange library books without permission of the Librarian.
  •  Parents guardians are requested to extend their full co-operation to the school authorities in observing the General Rules. They are further advised not to meet the School staff directly.
  •  Parents consent is utmost important for the participation in school activities otherwise the student will not be allowed to participate.
  •  Any student caught violating the Cyber Laws, in unauthorised usage of net in the school will be given punishment.
  •  Admission are based on availability of seats. Parents should give in undertaking of the medical fitness of the ward. It is very important.  

Payment Of Fees

  •  The school fee should necessarily be paid on any date between 1st to 10th of every month in School Campus.
  •  Fees once deposited will not be refunded.
  • Conveyance facility cannot be withdrawn during the session.
